Tailor-Made

I like functional clothes, clothes that basically cover one up comfortably. Aesthetics in clothing or fashion don’t really excite me, but I do prefer well-tailored clothes. Alas, my sedentary lifestyle means my clothes go out of size faster than they go out of fashion. This may surprise people who probably know what I do for a living, and where I do it, or maybe not after they’ve met me in person though.

“An artist is a bloke who can hold two fundamentally opposing views and still function:”

― John le Carré, Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy

I guess my personal choices are mainly genetic. My father and I have too many things in common: I don’t spend time combing my tresses, nor do I seek ironed clothes. After all, they say time is money, and I seem to be running short of both!
