I love animals, sometimes a little more than people. I couldn’t stop myself from dropping some open change to support the animal welfare NGO in a Sri Lankan mall (how I wish we could be just as open for donations in India too). The rice guards I spoke about in my previous post are the pair in the pictures.
Dogs, in general, love attention, and often tend to doze off when you pet them right. My Sri Lankan friend witnessed the phenomenon and was very shocked that it is even possible. He possibly never saw anything like this before, may be also because he is morbidly scared of the canine species and hence couldn’t even think of getting near one, let alone touch them.
