Nainital is a pristine, beautiful and picturesque city at the foothills of Kumaon. It is also home to the highest altitude zoo in all of India. The city was brought to international limelight by Edward James “Jim” Corbett, British hunter, conservationist and naturalist, famous for slaying a large number of man-eating tigers and leopards in that region of India. This shot is taken en route to the zoo and make you realize how tiny the town really is. I love this picture, a healthy reminder of times well spent!
What a beautiful view!
