I discovered green apples out of pure curiosity, but I still don’t know if the red is better than its green step brother (it is cultivated as a hybrid fruit). However, I do know that it doesn’t oxidize as quickly as the red apple and its too tangy to eat all at one go. This I know because you cannot experiment with a cut red apple, it doesn’t offer enough time for all the setting up. And the green one I chopped up and ate right tthroughout the day. Hitting two birds…err apples with one stone!
