Sacred Games

Navratri is my most favorite time of the year. As a crafter and lover of all things miniature, this festival is the highlight of the year for me, as my house prepares to get decked up and the celebrations culminate into nine days of devotion and fun. this was also the first time we set up a proper golu with actual padis and the whole shebang that follows. In my next few posts, (I know I am late by weeks, but too much life happening…), I will take you through the amazing journey of colors, Sundals, and celebrations as they unveiled until Dussehra on 15th October this year.

This is a glimpse of the padi, more importantly, the godly and divine parts of it. I will also give you a peek into what lies beneath, on the lower steps. Hope you stick around to savior what is on offer.
