Viral rate cards of hospitals, and airline tickets are putting us into a second wave of shock. Yet, the reality on the grass root level is very different. News of Doctors and Nurses going on strike to get paid, and pilots being asked to risk flier safety and be unpaid to save a few quick bucks also surfaces periodically.
