Mural Culture

Murals are painted art on a wall, ceiling or other permanent surface. Murals are usually in harmony with the architecture of the building or wall it is painted on. In the days of civil unrest, artists used murals as a means to speak their mind. It soon also became a way to vandalize property, but today it’s a way to promote tourism and spread a note of positivity. These gorgeous murals are a part of the cityscape in Dubai, and are beautifully maintained too.
