Most of the rainbow cake recipes I have seen online (no, I don’t fancy baking, just watching) are usually a single-flavored cake in different hues, and the same frosting. This little devil that I devoured with friends was something else. To start with, the pastry comes with millimeter-sized cake layers in different varieties and different essences in the frosting in between. It’s been a year since I left Pune, and this was undoubtedly one of a few of my favorite things!
