Food is a great leveller; irrespective of preferences, it’s a necessity for all, and a luxury for few. This is all the you get if you plan to savour the local cuisine of Jaipur. I’m not a fan of sweet thing, savoury items tug the strings of my heart more. In this picture, you see sweet lassi (sweet beaten curd) with malai (fresh cream), moog dal bhajjiyas (gram fritters), Kachories, Falooda and mirchi bhajjiyas (chilli fritters). Makes me salivate even as I type!
