The River of Learning

The heritage building called Elphinstone College, was established in 1856 is an institution of higher education in affiliation with the University of Mumbai. Said to be one of the oldest colleges of the University of Mumbai, it boasts of a illustious alumni with names like Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Pherozshah Mehta, and Jamshedji Tata. The college celebrated 150 years in 2006 with Sesquicentennial celebrationsas is categorized as a Grade I Heritage structure.

      I agree Frizz, i saw it in the news, 92 souls lost, that too just because one person didn’t get an opportunity to be heard, or he felt was wronged…when will the carnage end!

      I pray for peace to the departed soul, and may their families get the courage to face their worse fears and difficult times..Amen!
