Snack Time!

Fryums as these are locally called are usually found in almost every traditional Indian house hold. Growing up, I remember those summers when all the women in the building decided on a day when they would prepare these early in them morning and leave them to sun dry for a couple of days. All the kids used to help out with a rider that when these were eventually ready to be fried, we would get the first preference. However, we always stole some for good measure. Good old days!
