Bagore Ki Haveli

Bagore Ki Haveli stands at the Gangori Ghat, near Lake Pichola. It was built by the then Prime Minister of Mewar, Amir Chand Badwa. Dating back to the eighteenth century, the palace gets its name to the residing king, Maharana Shakti Singh of Bagore. Locals say, the palace was used to enteratain royal guests. And that remains the focal point of attraction for the palace; it serves as a cultural center till date. While performances start at 6pm IST everyday, time timings are relaxed to 7pm IST during winters. However, the museum is closed by that hour.
