I got this shot on my way out of the mall, in the parking lot. It’s a practice followed by heavy shoppers to leave their shopping cart when their cars arrive, and a porter was collating and pushing them to their destination. Made for a pretty neat picture, what do you think?

Music and Style
My brother is an avid musician, and will try and turn you into one too; if you show the slightest inclination towards the art. This baby belongs to his wife, and I hope to hear them jam pretty soon. Till then we can enjoy the stunning instruments in pictures instead!

Weekly Photo Challenge: Lines 2
The King who built the main residential City Palace at Udaipur, was a lover of practical jokes. What is seen in the picture is not a mirror image but an actual passage way that leads you to the other end of the room. Quite a lateral thinker, and an amazing illusion I must say!
A Colorful Evening on the Beach
The beaches often are symbolic for the kind of experiences that you enjoy there alone, the foods, the ambiance, general free-spirited feeling cannot be recreated easily. Weekly Photo Challenge: Light 3
A merchant of light: One lazy Monday evening on the beach led us to a man who sold light. Light looks more potent, compelling and elegant when it cuts through darkness. We control that light, and it is up to us how to making it stronger, weaker or glimmering; very much like the power of…
India in Euphoria!
The English in the colonial rule brought to India many reforms like the postal and railway system. However, the greatest gift they gave to our nation was a religion called cricket. And when the men in blue, Team India were heralded champions of the world after beating 12 nations and bagging the ICC Cricket World…

Deepavali or Diwali, known as the “festival of lights”, is five-day festival celebrated by Hindus, Jains, and Sikhs, for a variety of reasons. Deepavali which literally translates to “row of lamps”, is celebrated on the no moons day by lighting small clay lamps (called diyas) filled with oil that signifies the triumph of good over…
