It is a traditional Hindu belief to start the day with a visit to the temple. I am not an overtly religious person, but I believe in a supreme being. This is a picture of Tala Cauvery, the origin of the sacred River Cauvery, which gives water to two states, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, and is a bone of contention between the two as well. A very peaceful way to begin a day, by paying homage to a mother brings gives us water and life!
