Weekly Photo Challenge: Wildlife

I know that the picture is blurred, but that’s what happens when you use zoom on a point-and-shoot camera. But that should not take away from the fact that we experienced a close sighting for a full grown Royal Bengal Tiger at the Ranthambore Sanctuary at Sawai Mansingh, Rajashtan, close to Jaipur. I love this shot, brings back many happy and exciting memories!

      They have these low emission jeeps whic are limited to 30 jeeps, on two safari’s a day…its a 30 minute trip, and a pleasure to go on…you should try and visit someday πŸ™‚

    I can understand the feeling…we had a similar experience in sasan gir when we saw a lion just a metre away from us…..the photos didn’t come out that good…but the experience was once in a lifetime….:)

      he wasn’t as close as he seems to be, or else the picture would be image stabilized…but then again, taking a picture if he were that close would be the last thing on my mind πŸ˜‰
